“Lower 9th – Post Katrina” is part of Lynn Fundingsland’s photography exhibit, “A Tour of New Orleans,” on display through Sept. 27 at Nichole’s Fine Pastry, Fargo. “New Orleans came to the wider world’s attention most recently due to hurricane Katrina,” Fundingsland says. “The storm’s effect on the city is still very evident even though it’s been three years.”
