* Pavement repair projects on I-94 from near the Raymond interchange to the Red River
* Reconstruction of Raymond interchange

* Construction of new railroad bridge north of Main Ave
* Construction of I-94 noise walls from the 5th St underpass to University Drive, both sides of I-94
