Tuesday. Thompson is a trucker whose business was burned out. He says

Oakport residents and visitors barely keep their feet dry as they
ride on a trailer being pulled through high water by a tractor as
the Clay County Sheriffs department makes a trip into the flooded
north Moorhead neighborhood every hour. The residents only way
in or out was by boat until the water recently dropped enough to allow
the tractor to drive on Wall Street Avenue North.
